Job Scopes

  • Understands all of the company’s service offerings and clearly communicates them to clients and prospective clients
  • Makes contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
  • Provides ideas to attract new clients and expand sales
  • Assists with or conducts presentations for prospective clients
  • Keep prospective client database updated
  • Respond to the client queries in a timely fashion
  • Assists in the writing of proposals
  • Files weekly or monthly sales reports with managers
  • Maintains client relationship through regular contact and customer service
  • Schedules meetings and presentations
  • Keep and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their branding requirement
  • Working with the team to devise a branding campaign that meets the client’s brief and budget
  • Presenting alongside immediate superior (ie brand manager, director), the campaign ideas and budget to the client
  • Working with the business development manager to brief
  • creative team and assisting with the formulation of branding strategies
  • Liaising with and acting as the link between the client and the company by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that communication flows effectively
  • Presenting creative work to clients for approval or modification,
  • Writing client brief
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of projects
  • Undertaking administration tasks
  • Handling budges, managing project costs and invoicing clients, Prepare project profit and loss account
  • Manage Collections
